Craig Mounsey Takes on Edinburgh Marathon to Support Parkinson’s UK

We are proud to support our colleague Craig Mounsey, who will be running the Edinburgh Marathon in aid of Parkinson's UK. Craig is 44 and works as an LGV Mechanic at our Gilwilly depot in Penrith. In September 2024, he was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. Like many people, this came as a huge shock, and instead of letting it hold him back, Craig has chosen to turn it into something positive. Knowing that exercise can help slow the progression of the condition, he has set himself the challenge of taking on the Edinburgh Marathon Festival.
